Better Waitlist Functionality

Wanted to share a business problem I've been experiencing in Squarespace with you. Squarespace offers a waitlist function, but it’s limited in two ways: 1. It does not record when the person added themselves to the waitlist. 2. It does not send the website admin a notification that a new person has added to the waitlist. I recently had an event where we still had room for 10 more people. However, our product inventory for the event had erroneously zeroed out for some reason (our fault!). However, I just discovered we had 10 people in the waitlist. It would have been really helpful to receive notifications when these folks were adding themselves, as I would have discovered the inventory error. And if I knew the waitlist dates, I could have known how recently folks had signed up (and thus loosely how recent / relevant their interest was). I don't know if this is a good plugin idea or not, but it seems relevant to a large number of business users. Thanks! Nick

enquiry + make an offer bid system

an add-on to your Enquiry Button feature, a make an offer option. On the PDP, I want the Enquire button and a make an offer button that would open a bid flow. This would be shop specific, not globally on all shops on my site. eg. Shop A has enquire and make an offer button. Shop B has enquire and add to cart button. make an offer flow: -use enters an offer amount for the artwork -Submit it to me directly - I could then accept, or counter the offer (ideally via email or a simple backend workflow)

Add H1 and H2 HTML heading and SEO to category in shop

Hi! I noticed it's not possible to add an H1 or H2 HTML heading to a category page in the shop. A separate SEO title or description is also not possible for a category. The latter uses the general shop's SEO. Is it possible to write code for these things so that this is possible? I'd like to hear from you. Kind regards, Roel

POS Integration

I’m looking for a program to integrate a Squarespace ecomerce website with a brick-and-mortar Point of Sale application using the Order & Inventory APIs. I’m willing to give up Quickbooks POS but need a POS with similar robust features—Squarespace and Square will not suffice. I want to keep Squarespace, and the Shopify Buy Button is NOT ideal for a large complex website. I imagine there are similiar requests out there. I’d be open to discuss a custom application…

Best Offer

There needs to be an option, like eBay, where you can add “Best Offer” option that will be emailed to the admin. This will allow the Admin to Accept, Counter or Decline the offer. If it’s accepted, then the user automatically pays with their credit card on file….or at the lest is notified that their offer is accepted and they need to pay right away.

Floating View Cart Window

SquareSpace needs either a floating view cart icon/button or a cart window or go to the cart, after adding a product to the cart The current feed back after adding a product is terrible. Customers need to be able to see the cart after adding a product or at least having a floating cart icon/button with number the of items on the middle right side of the screen at all times when the cart has products. The current cart icon/button in the top menu goes unnoticed by the customer, you always have to scroll to the top of your page to even see it.

Different Banners for shop catagories

Hi, you helped me with a continue shopping button on my squarespace website a few weeks ago. I have a new request. I have a shop on my site but it seems all the category pages within the shop are set with a standard template. I would like to adjust the information on a couple of the category pages so they are different. Are you able to write me some code so that I can do this. My website is doghandlertraining.co.uk, and https://flounder-prism-ejz7.squarespace.com/config/pages The page i would most like to change is the Design a lead category in the shop. I just want a banner like the one attached on that page but if I do that it puts it on every page. I hope this makes sense? I look forward to hearing from you Lucy

Simple Calendar

I am looking for a simple calendar that offers the possibility to mark calendar days with 3 different colors in a year or month view, so that visitors can see on which days the location can be rented, is occupied or already has an option. (see picture) Without a direct booking option, no further links, no connection of pictures etc. are necessary. But it would be perfect if the mobile view would work too. Maybe there is already something like that, but I haven't found it yet. I'm sure some users would use it. Thanks for your efforts!
